How is the Series of Unfortunate Events not somehow on this list? Couldn't you bump WTRFG or CW (you have my full support for the rest) and put the whole series in somehow?

I have to agree whole-heartedly with 6, 5 and 3. Some of my absolute favorites of all time.

And I huh-ate Bridge to Teribithia.

I was reorganizing a lot of my kids' books last night and this morning, actually, in preparation for the book sale near my house where hardcovers are $1 and paperbacks are $.50. I own some of these, but should own more after this weekend.
